How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs across the US are calculated based on USPS rates.

There is a flat fee for curbside hand delivery to local addresses, ideal for more delicate custom gift baskets.  We will be in touch after you place your order to confirm a convenient delivery time.

We also offer FREE pick-up at our retail location; if you choose this option you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready.

Where are you located?

We are thrilled to have found a new space at the Markets on Broadway, located at 121 E. Broadway St. in Downtown Lenoir City, TN.  You can't miss us--we are directly to the right when you enter, and you will recognize your favorite lines of gourmet goodies and gifts as well as a selection of seasonal florals and accessories. The owners (another mother and daughter team!) and other local vendors have been very welcoming, and we are delighted to once again be able to offer our customer favorites:  Keepers of the Light jar and cranberry ice pillar candles, gourmet foods from The Olive Tree--including Raspberry Jalapeño Jam and other seasonal favorites--local honey,  gourmet teas, Savory party cracker seasonings, assorted dip and baking mixes, Soberdough Brew Breads, Mexican vanilla, Michel Design Works home and hostess items, and many greeting cards, tea towels, home décor and accessory items that are perfect for gift giving and entertaining!

Will you be reopening a store in Farragut/West Knoxville?

We've always had faith that 'things will work out as they should', and with the recent economic impact to small businesses from COVID-19 combined with personal medical issues, it's a blessing that our prayers to quickly secure a new store location went unanswered! Based on the outcomes of these circumstances, we will decide in Fall 2020 whether to resume our search for a larger, more permanent space in West Knoxville.

Until then, we will keep our new location in Downtown Lenoir City stocked with goodies, as well as continue to expand our online catalog to offer those items which we can easily list and ship or hand-deliver (candles, jams, mixes, gift baskets, etc.).

What is your online returns policy?

We accept returns of most new, unopened, tagged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
